Judges and Magistrates
Judges and Magistrates direct the court hearings and guide them through final decisions based on the facts of each case. To be hired as a judge or magistrate, most states require the candidate to have at least a bachelor’s degree and a modest amount of experience. Contrary to what most believe, not all judges have law degrees. However, most have some legal training. In many counties, judges and magistrates are elected along with other city officials.
Judges and prosecutors of good standing are in high demand, even in small to medium-sized communities that often have a common judge or prosecutor. The average salary for a moderately experienced judge or magistrate is around $170,000 per year. The more experience and education a judge has, the more money he makes year after year. In small communities, judges and prosecutors make less money and are likely to have to travel and perform legal duties in more than one community.

The insurer will reimburse you for certain out-of-pocket expenses that you paid before the benefits were claimed (or where disputes and appeals arose). In addition, certain future costs may be paid directly by the insurer once the formalities at the doctor’s office have been completed and the insurer accepts responsibility for them.
