    Many people we serve have had the same questions about whether Level 2 background checks will release applicants’ sealed or erased criminal records to state licensing or regulatory agencies. In order to bring the topic into more detail, we have decided to publish the basic information about sealed and deleted records in Florida, as well as the list of agencies that will actually receive these historical records.

    Juvenile Deletion Policy

    DeSantis recently signed a pill that will change the Juvenile Deletion Policy. The bill allows minors to have their criminal records erased after completing a diversionary program. Many charges can be removed with the cancellation invoice. The only charges that cannot be cleared are felony crimes.
