The Office The Deputy Sheriff’s Officer of Vanderburgh County arrested an 18-year-old Evansville man for multiple felonies, including rape. The alleged incidents occurred when the suspect, Luke Samuel Pokorney, was a minor. In five cases, Pokorney was over the age of sixteen, allowing for automatic exemption from adult court. The sixth must go before juvenile court and no further comment can be made in that case.
